I enrolled my girls to build up confidence, to teach them self defense, and to learn Taekwondo. I have been thoroughly impressed with their progress as well as their fondness for their instructors. The instructors do an awesome job in teaching them martial arts. Not only do they give them encouragement in class, they send messages and videos outside of class. Biography

Mrs. Donoho is a 2nd Degree Black Belt that has been a part of our ATA family for over 8 years. She has a background in office management, event planning and customer service through years of experience working in a management position at Marriott Hotels & Resorts. Mrs. Donoho is the Program Director/Office Manager of our Collierville location and is very excited to get to meet, and work with, all of our future Collierville members and their families. In addition to her duties with Intensity Martial Arts, she also currently serves the ATA as the Data Entry Team Leader for all of our Regional Tournaments and is a member of the National Tournament Data Entry Staff.
